Dear Illinois dealers

As most of you are aware effective January 1, 2019 the state of Illinois is requiring used car dealers to process titles and registrations electronically. The grace period will end on February 1, 2019. All dealers will need to find a provider or use the IL Secretary of State system to submit electronically. IL-IADA has a partnership with Dealertrack and we recommend contacting them if you need help with this. If you need a demo you may contact:

Starting February 1, 2019 any non-electronic applications that are submitted will be rejected and returned.
